the breakfast was acceptable with enough options to start the day.
the provided standard twin room was cramped. maneuvering around became difficult and impacting my overall comfort. furthermore, the noise levels were not well managed, noise from outside and hallway disturbances were audible. this disrupted my sleep and ability to relax in the room.

i discovered that the free airport shuttle service does not operate 24/7. the shuttle commences at 6am, inconvenient for my early flight. THIS led to unexpected taxi expenses.

All staff were professional. They were helpful when I had a difficult time. I used free access computer to print. The hotel also had a comfortable bar and lounge.
I found the bathroom door made me step aside to get through. This felt quite small. More space would improve the room. It was awkward to manage it.

Staff are friendly and helpful, which I found very nice. The personnel went out of their way to assist with train schedule info. I thank them for making my experience less devastating because they offered so much of their time.
